To ensure a safe, fun and respectful chat environment for all Chat Al Ruqan members from different Arab countries, the administration has set these rules which all users must respect and follow. Abiding by the rules is a shared responsibility between the administration and all visitors and members.
🤝 General Mutual Respect Rules
✅ Respect Others Without Exception
Treat all members with kindness and respect regardless of nationality, religion, race, opinion, or gender. Excessive mockery or personal insults are not allowed under any circumstances.
✅ Respect Privacy
- Do not publish other people's personal data (real names, addresses, phones, social accounts) without their explicit consent.
- Do not share any member's private content outside the platform.
- Do not ask new members for sensitive personal information.
✅ Clean and Polite Language
Must use clean language free of insults, swear words, or inappropriate innuendos in all public and private rooms.
🚫 Absolutely Prohibited Behaviors
❌ Verbal and Personal Abuse
- Cursing, insults, and personal or family offenses.
- Inciting hatred or violence against any group or person.
- Defamation, gossip, or spreading false rumors about any member.
- Mocking any member because of their appearance, voice, or opinion.
❌ Adult or Inappropriate Content
- It is strictly forbidden to post or send images, videos, links, or texts of a sexual or indecent nature.
- No sexual innuendos or inappropriate suggestions in public or private rooms.
- No discussions of indecent topics in mixed rooms.
❌ Unauthorized Ads and Marketing
- Do not post links to other sites, YouTube channels, Facebook, Telegram, social media accounts, or commercial products without administration permission.
- Do not promote any other chat or competing platform inside Chat Al Ruqan.
- Do not collect members or send links in private for the benefit of other platforms.
❌ Annoying Members and Spam
- Do not send the same message repeatedly (spam) in public rooms.
- Do not annoy members in private with unwanted messages after they asked you to stop.
- Do not interfere in others' conversations or continuously interrupt discussions.

🎧 Voice Room Etiquette
- Do not talk while someone else is speaking (interrupting) unless necessary.
- Use good quality headphones and microphone to ensure audio quality and no annoying background noise.
- Do not play loud music without permission from the room supervisor or present members.
- No annoying sound effects or scary sounds allowed.
👮 Role of Administration and Moderators
📋 Powers of Administration and Moderators
- Moderators have the right to remove any violating message or kick any rule-breaking member immediately without prior notice.
- Administration decisions are final and not discussed in public rooms. For any objections, contact us via the Contact Us page.
- Administration reserves the right to record chats (text and voice) for rule compliance monitoring purposes.
- Questioning moderators' decisions or insulting them is not allowed under any circumstances.
⚖️ Penalties for Violations
- 🚨 Verbal Warning: For simple first-time offenses, the moderator will alert the violator publicly or privately.
- ⏱️ Temporary Kick: For second offense or medium violations, the member is kicked from the room for a period ranging from 1 hour to 24 hours.
- 🚫 Temporary Ban: For repeated or serious violations, the member is banned from all rooms for a period from 1 day to 30 days depending on severity.
- ❌ Permanent Ban: For very serious violations such as harassment, publishing pornography, inciting violence, or repeating violations more than 3 times.
💡 Tip: If you see any violation, please report it to the room moderator immediately or contact the administration directly. The administration appreciates your cooperation for a better community.
